Xaver Xian's Apartment
Residents: Xaver Xian (And at the moment, Kylie Xian)
Taking up the top floor of a large and pristine building that he owns, Xaver's apartment is enormous and roomy. Half of is walled by thick, bullet-proof glass that overlooks Kessley cove and a vast expanse of ocean, a black railed, hefty balcony protruding from the glass toward the ocean. Within, the apartment is decorated in very modern, bachelor-esque tones. Behind the balcony is a large living room, decorated with fine leather blacks and glass tables and floored with heavy, white tile. Couch, lounging chairs, glass coffee table, and television pieces are set into a step-down alcove. A well lit, sparsely decorated kitchen sits to the side of the wide living room, a mix of blacks and chrome with red knobs hanging over fine black counter-tops. Behind both kitchen and living room is a hallway where rich grey carpet starts from the white tile, leading back to a nice white and blue bathroom on the right and his bedroom on the left just beyond that. A large window sits at the end of the hallway - bulletproof again, and large enough for a man to comfortably crawl through. Xaver's bedroom is, again, sparsely decorated. King-sized bed with four mahogany posts and dark blue tapestries sits against a white wall with large windows on either side, white satin sheets and a heavy dark blue comforter set atop it in a usually fitted neatly for Xaver spends little time sleeping there. Mahogany furniture fleshes out the rest of the half-moon shaped room, the far side of it from the door all windows and glass sliding doors that lead to a balcony mirroring the one outside the front room (though this one projects over a large cityscape). An elevator is the only way to his apartment beside the balconies, which leads to a cream colored foyer decorated with frescoes and an huge door that is more or less impenetrable to offenders by the measures of security decorating it - unless one is on the inside to open it.
